More pictures playing catch up

Heres some Halloween pictures and some cute kids!

Another few months gone by...

Wow, I havent posted in so long and I have so many pictures to share! where to begin? ok, soccer is over and the kids had a blast. They will play again on the same team in the spring although Austin will be playing baseball too. I have no idea how that will work. Halloween was so much fun!
Austin is off school for thanksgiving break and fall in arkanas was beautiful! Winter is cold and not nearly as pretty. We got a few good pictures of the kids when we took some pictures for the christmas cards this year. I will post them along with Austins school picture. He is so big now! Wearing size 10 and growing out of it! He had a rough begining in school but things have settled down and he brought home straight A's on his report card. The girls are playing pretend everything and are into games of all sorts. They are excited to turn 5 and to have thier grandma Jill come for a visit. Jason is doing well, settled into his job and I am enjoying being home and pondering returning to work one day. I am looking forward to the holidays:)

Soccer is a blast!

The girls had thier first soccer game tonight. They were so EXCITED to go and just too adorable. Of course the first thing Hannah does is score on the wrong goal and then she tells the coach that "I am the man." Megan had fun running after the ball and hanging out with Hannah and the other ladies on the sidelines doing cartwheels. or more like rolls around on the wet grass. I am SO taking the video camera, its too funny to describe, but I have not laughed that much in a hour in a while. Austin started playing too but his games take a more serious note. He is a great coach for his sisters, he really loves telling them what to do and what not to do.

Summer ends

Here is Austin on his first day of second grade. Summer has come to a close and we are back to school and back to a routine. I wasn'table to upload any pictures to the blog for some reason, so I am behind on updating it. Summer is ending although the weather is still wierd here...
Austin is having a wonderful time at his new school Cooper Elementary. Things are new to me and him but its working out. Hannah and Megan are getting ready to start a preschool co-op with some other moms from church. This will solidify the routine and hopefully things can get back to normal. Whatever that is! Jason is working at Tyson Foods in the shop, he doesn't love it, but its a job and he is still searching for his dream job. I am not working but had a job interview last week so we will see how things go. I am loving my time home with my family, its so nice and unexplainable!

Spooky caves and other fun

James and Jennifer drove down this past weekend and had a visit. Jason was working the first day that they were here, so we spilt up, James and Austin went fishing and the girls went to visit War Eagle Cavern (spooky cave) and lunch. SO Austin caught about 4 fish and sat all day in the rain on the lake fishing without any complaints. or so James says....Then we had a day on the lake sunbathing and tubing. Saturday we just hung out and had a yummy BBQ. Jason and I have not lived near our friends in over 9 years, so its pretty cool to be close enough to drive and visit. Especially when we are SOOO far away from the rest of our family and friends. Jennifer was more creeped out by the cave, than the girls. There are two more around here that I want to explore, its almost worth waiting and making her go with me to the others! I thought that caves were 1. tall 2. full of creepy bats 3. were dry So all that was proven wrong. Caves can be very small in height, this one only had four bats living in it and we only saw one, and the cave had water everywhere from dripping on you to on your feet. The bat is so tiny you can hardly see it in the picture!

Boating

ok, so we have a new boat. Its named the Rainbow Princess and its pretty fun. The weather here is so hot and humid, if you are outside you want to be cooled off. We have been out on Beaver Lake with the boat and Jason tried out some fishing this week. There are so many pictures they are hard to keep track of. Summer is sure a busy time.
